According to the equipment fitted, either turn the engine start key to the "O" position or operate the manual stop control. If a manual stop central is used, ensure that the control returns to the "run" position after the engine has stopped. Also ensure that the engine start key is turned to the "O" position.
Caution: It is recommended that a turbocharged engine is run at approximately 1000 rev/min at a reduced load for 2-3 minutes before it is shut down. This will allow the turbocharger to cool.
